¶1On Motion for Rehearing.
¶2The motion for rehearing herein but ques'tions the sufficiency of the complaint and information; there being neither statement of facts nor bills of exception in the record. Without setting same out at length, they appear to be amply sufficient.
¶3The motion for rehearing will be overruled.
