¶3Genentech, Inc. and City of Hope (Gen-enteeh) move to withdraw their petition for a writ of mandamus. Genentech states that Medimmune, Inc. does not oppose.
¶4Upon consideration thereof,
¶5IT IS ORDERED THAT:
¶6*381(1) The motion to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition is dismissed.
¶7(2) All other pending motions are moot.
¶8(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
