¶1In re: Charles Bizot, Jr., applying for writ of prohibition, certiorari or mandamus.
¶2Denied; the application shows on its face that no irreparable injury will occur pending outcome of the suit for separation and settlement of the community. The trial court has enjoined both husband and wife from alienating any community funds or assets. The depletion of assets feared by relator is adequately protected by the injunction.
