¶1Petitioner’s pro se petition for certiorari was filed December 16, 1974, to review an order allegedly entered (the order is not in the record) November 13, 1974. Since the petition was untimely, this court never acquired jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed.
