¶1In re: Charles F. Walgamotte applying for Writs of Habeas Corpus, Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.

¶2Writ granted in part. The trial court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine the nature, content and effect of the plea bargain agreement. Other proceedings stayed pending that hearing.
