316 So. 2d 302

DeForest v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1975-07-31

Relies on State v. Outten · 117 So. 2d 548 - Williams v. State

Decided 1975-07-31

PER CURIAM.

¶1The evidence shows that prima facie proof of the corpus delicti was established, Williams v. State, 117 So.2d 548 (2d DCA *303Fla.1960). The confession here was not tainted by the initial interrogation, made prior to any Miranda warnings, State v. Outten, 206 So.2d 392 (Fla.1968).

¶2Affirmed.

WALDEN, C. J., and CROSS and DOWNEY, JJ., concur.
