PER CURIAM.

¶1This purports to be an appeal from a conviction for the offense of felony theft; the punishment, 10 years.

¶2The record before us does not reflect that a notice of appeal was given and entered of record, as required by Art. 827, Vernon’s Ann.C.C.P.

¶3In the absence thereof, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.

¶4The appeal is dismissed.
