“In both the Georgia case and the [current] case, the suspects used the same disguises (gloves, wigs, bandannas) and the same tools (walkie-talkies, flashlights). They cut telephone lines in the same manner [a portion of the wire was removed-rather than simply cut]. They generally carried the same type of weapons.
