PER CURIAM.

¶1This is a suit to disqualify a candidate for the House of Representatives from District 99. Plaintiff filed suit more than five days after the closing of the period for qualifying. The district court dismissed plaintiff’s action.

¶2This case is governed by LSA-R.S. 18:396. Accordingly, for the reasons assigned in Heaslip v. Treen, La.App. 4 Cir., 318 So.2d 95; writ refused, La., 320 So.2d 547; the judgment is affirmed.

¶3Affirmed.
