¶1Motion by respondent to change the date of commencement of his one-year suspension from the practice of law. The order of this court dated April 28, 1969 fixed the date as May 15, 1969. Motion granted to the extent of changing the date of commencement of respondent’s one-year suspension to September 1, 1969. Christ, Acting P. J., Brennan, Hopkins, Munder and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
