¶1Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Walker, J.), rendered July 26, 2005, convicting him of attempted assault in the first degree and assault in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
¶2Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
