¶1The ruling which sustained the objection to the question: “Did you in July, 1898, have any conversation with Mr. Sondheim as to cancelling the agreement with the defendants? ” was wrong and may have prejudiced the defendant.
¶2The judgment is reversed and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide the event.
