Collins v. Burroughs

¶1This is an appeal from an order denying a motion of the defendant for an order of reference appointing a referee to hear and determine the action. It is not a case for a compulsory reference, and the appeal is destitute of merit. The order should be affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
