Walker, J.

¶1The courts of this State are presumed to *573know who the executive may be at any time when the fact may be called in question.

¶2The official bond of a county treasurer is good without seals, or scrawls for seals.

¶3The judgment in this case is affirmed, with damages.

¶4Affirmed with damages.
