¶1Appellant filed his Notice of Appeal on July 10, 1974 from a judgment and sen-fence filed on June 5, 1974. Since the Notice of Appeal was untimely filed this court is without jurisdiction to consider this appeal. F.A.R. 6.2.
¶2It is, therefore, ordered that this appeal be and it is hereby dismissed.
