¶1In re: Travelers Ins. Co., Joseph P. Ruppel, Liquidator of Bailey Electric Co. Inc., applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 318 So.2d 645.
