¶1This appeal is taken from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Perry County entered on September 1, 1981, denying appellant’s application for expungement. Appellant filed a notice of appeal to this court on April 27, 1982. Pa.R.A.P. 903(a) provides that an appeal must be filed within thirty (30) days after entry of the order from which the appeal is taken. Appellant has failed to comply with Pa.R.A.P. 903(a). Therefore, we quash the instant appeal as untimely.
¶2Appeal quashed.
