Drummett v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1976-03-12

Relies on In the Interest of M. D. B. v. State · Jarriel v. State

Decided 1976-03-12

PER CURIAM.

¶1The trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to suppress his statements in that they were clearly induced by improper promises of a police officer. Appellant’s other points are without merit. We reverse and remand upon authority of Jarriel v. State, 317 So.2d 141 (Fla.App. 4th, 1975) and M. D. B. v. State, 311 So.2d 399 (Fla.App. 4th 1975).

¶2Reversed and remanded.

WALDEN, C. J., DOWNEY, J., and MORROW, RUSSELL O., Associate Judge, concur.
