¶1In re: Victor E. Coursey, Jr. applying for Remedial and Supervisory Writs.
¶2Writs denied. This Court will not interfere with orderly proceedings in the trial court, in the absence of a showing of irreparable injury. Relator has a remedy by appeal in the event of an adverse judgment on the merits.
¶3MILLER, J., would not favor granting a writ but would vote to grant a stay order while Relator’s, as yet, unlodged appeals to this court, are pending, and will assign written reasons.
