¶1Order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated December 19, 1968, affirmed. Appellant’s contention that he was deprived of his' right to appeal from the judgment of conviction by the conduct of his assigned counsel is conclusively refuted by the original papers which contain a timely notice of appeal from that judgment. Beldock, P. J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
