Decided 2002-04-25

PER CURIAM.

¶1Lawrence Michael Harrison, Sr., appeals the district court’s order denying his Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(b) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s order and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. See United States v. Harrison, No. CR-99-513-BR (E.D.N.C. Nov. 28, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2AFFIRMED.
