¶1Burglary is the offense; penalty, two years’ confinement in the penitentiary.
¶2The indictment is regular and regularly presented. There is no statement of facts; nor is there presented for review, by bills of exceptions or otherwise, any complaints of the rulings of the trial court.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
