¶2The record reflects no ulterior motive of respondent in this unfortunate situation, which could easily be due to confusion in a busy law office. Respondent has agreed to pay in full the damages arising to his clients, thereby relieving them of economic detriment. Since both complainant and respondent have agreed to the majority opinion, I reluctantly concur.
