¶1In this appeal from an award of attorney fees, we find no reversible error in the amount of the fee; however, the record does disclose that it would work a hardship upon the appellant to pay the fee in a lump sum. Therefore, the case is remanded with directions to allow the appellant a one-year period in which to pay the attorney fee in full. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed.
