¶1In re: Charles Wilfred Ezeb, Jr. applying for Writs of Habeas Corpus and Mandamus.

¶2Writ granted to this extent. It is ordered that a copy of the trial transcript in this court be furnished to relator’s attorney for preparation of appeal. Copy of letter of transmittal shall be furnished to relator.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that this order is improvident and the writ should be denied.
