¶1Charles Herbert Gentry was convicted of the offense of robbery and he applied for probation which was denied by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Thetford, J., whereupon he gave notice of appeal and requested suspension of sentence pending appeal and requested that reasonable bond be set. The Court declined to fix bond and a petition for writ of habeas corpus was filed in the Court of Criminal Appeals. The writ was denied.
