¶1In re: Charles Fulimer applying for writs of certiorari and habeas corpus.
¶2Writ denied. The application has no merit. Under the sentence imposed and the provisions of R.S. 15:824 we construe applicant’s sentence to be imprisonment at hard labor under the direction of the Department of Corrections.
