¶1In re: State of Louisiana applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and stay order (Calcasieu Parish). Writ granted. Ruling of trial judge disallowing in part the State’s motion to amend the indictment is reversed. It is ordered that the State be allowed to amend the indictment as requested. Defendant’s right to raise the issue on appeal in the event of conviction by a proper assignment is reserved.
