HEFLIN, Chief Justice.

¶1Petition of State of Alabama ex rel. Attorney General for writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that court, 58 Ala.App.-, 335 So.2d 400.

¶2In denying this writ this court does not wish to be construed as approving or disapproving all of the language contained in the opinion of the Court of Criminal Appeals.

¶3WRIT DENIED.
