¶1Upon review of the record and briefs in this case we are of the opinion that the trial judge erred in denying appellant’s Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Judgment pursuant to Rule 1.540(b), Fla.R.Civ.P. The Amended Final Judgment entered below is *857vacated and the case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
