“"In any event, the remarks were not a comment on the failure of defendant to take the stand, but only a statement that defendant might or might not present evidence. It has been held by this court that a prosecutor's statement that `the evidence ... was uncontradicted and uncontroverted' was not an impermissible comment on the accused's failure to take the stand.
