¶1In re State of Louisiana applying for supervisory writs.

¶2Writ granted. The ruling of the trial judge is vacated. It is ordered that the trial judge conduct an evidentiary hearing, in the light of the pleadings filed in this court, to determine the pendency of preliminary pleas not ruled upon. See LSA-C. Cr.P. art. 580.
