State v. Johnson

¶1is of the opinion that the ruling of the trial judge is made on an improper showing by defendant. This court should order a hearing in the trial court with a view to hearing evidence relating to the organization funding and procedure involved in establishing, dispensing and other use of the computer information. Failing this, the writ should be granted and the ruling of the trial judge should be vacated.
