¶1(concurring in part; dissenting in part).
¶2I concur with the majority opinion, except the affirmance of the award to the wife of one-half of the interest in the home premises as lump sum alimony in addition to the award of $150,000.00 in cash as lump sum alimony, and would strike from the final judgment the award of one-half of the husband’s interest in the residence to the wife.
