¶1Application (1) to vacate order of this court, entered June 6, 1960, which accepted petitioner’s resignation as an attorney and eounselor-at-Iaw and ordered him removed from said office; (2) for permission to answer the charges against him; and (3) to direct a hearing on the issues. Motion denied. Christ, P. J., Rabin, Hopkins, Munder and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
