People v. Jackson

New York Court of Appeals

Decided June 5, 1974

New York Court of Appeals · decided 1974-06-05

Decided 1974-06-05

¶1Order affirmed in the following memorandum: It may be said that certain aspects of the conduct of the defense in this case, viewed in retrospect, were probably unwise. Only questions of trial tactics were involved, however, and we conclude that defendant was not denied effective representation. We have examined defendant’s other contentions and find them to be without merit.

¶2Concur: Chief Judge Breitel and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler and Rabin. Taking no part: Judge Stevens.
