State v. Brown

¶1 The district court has informed this Court that respondent entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge of manslaughter on January 28, 2002, thereby rendering the questions raised by the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office in its writ application moot. We therefore withdraw our order of February 22, 2002, as improvidently issued.
