State v. Brown

¶1The district court has informed this Court that relator entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge of manslaughter on January 28, 2002, thereby rendering the questions raised by relator in his writ application moot. We therefore withdraw our order of February 22, 2002, as improvidently issued.
