¶1Unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
¶2The indictment appears regular. A plea of guilty was entered. The record is before us without statement of facts and bills of exception.
¶3No fundamental error having been perceived, the judgment is affirmed.
