¶3It is Judge Irigoin’s opinion that the sentence is excessive in that the Defendant should be given an opportunity to attend boot camp sooner than later and recommends that Count I of the sentence should be amended to twenty (20) years in the Montana State Prison, with fifteen (15) years suspended.
