¶1The appellant-defendant was found guilty of possession of controlled substance, to-wit: heroin.
¶2This appeal is from the judgment and sentence of three years probation.
¶3We have carefully considered the record on appeal, briefs and arguments of counsel and conclude that no reversible error has been shown. Therefore, the judgment appealed is affirmed.
¶4Affirmed.
