¶2I concur in the opinion because Act 1178 provides for transfer to the circuit court by *20requesting a trial by jury in the General Sessions Court. Act 1205 (Implementation of the Judicial Article) does not have a similar provision and, in may opinion, its validity, with respect to the appeal bond requirement, is jeopardized.
