¶2I join Judge BOOKOUT in the above dissent. In addition, I do not believe that the record here shows a proper arraignment and therefore dissent on the authority of this Court’s opinion in Ludlum v. State, 52 Ala.App. 631, 296 So.2d 254, and, authorities therein cited.
