¶2Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered to grant defendant a continuance in either this case or in State v. Martin, La., 341 So.2d 1122, no later than 2:00 p. m. this *1123date. Upon failure to do so within said time limit, it is ordered that the Levi Martin matter be continued.
