¶1Appellant herein, Alice Voltz Toler, neither appeared nor filed a brief in this ap-. peal prior to the time the case was called for oral arguments. Pursuant to Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules, Courts of Appeal, this appeal is considered abandoned and is hereby dismissed at appellant’s costs.
