¶1In re: James C. Derryberry, Jr., applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

¶2Writ denied. The evidence as a whole constitutes some evidence of guilt of hunting deer. Our review is confined to issues of law; sufficiency of evidence is not a reviewable issue.

¶3dissent from the denial, finding no evidence that defendant was hunting deer.
