¶1Upon considering the briefs, the record and oral argument, we find no reversible error. Therefore, the judgment is affirmed.
¶2Although the defendant assigned as error the denial of his motion for a directed judgment of acquittal, he did not argue this assignment in his brief, therefore, abandoned it. We, therefore, have not considered the issue raised by this motion.
