¶1dissenting.

¶2I must respectfully dissent. In my opinion, this case should be remanded and the trial judge directed to make an in camera inspection of the disputed statements to determine whether they reflect upon the question of delinquency. See U. S. v. *930Agurs, 427 U.S. 246, 96 S.Ct. 2392, 49 L.Ed.2d 342 (1976); Briskin v. State, 341 So.2d 780 (Fla.3d DCA 1976), opinion filed December 20, 1976.
