¶1In re: Theodore J. Mitchell, applying for supervisory writs, writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

¶2Writ refused. Relator has an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction.

¶3concurs. While I doubt that the conduct charged violates the statute, I agree that the statute itself is not unconstitutional.
