¶1In re: Col. Malcolm Millet, etc. and Lt. Leon B. Millet, etc. applying for writ of prohibition and mandamus.

¶2Writ denied. Relators failed to seek relief to this court from the order of trial judge dated January 26,1977. Hence, rela-tors have no cause to complain about the subsequent order holding them in contempt of court.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
